We will apply the shipping fee based on the total weight of the returned packages. Please refer to the table below for the applicable costs:

• From 0 to 5 kg: €4.90

• From 5 to 10 kg: €7.90

• From 10 to 20 kg: €10.40

• From 20 to 50 kg: €17.40

• From 50 to 100 kg: €21.90

• From 100 to 200 kg: €29.90

• For orders exceeding €199, shipping is free

If you choose to use our Couriers for returning the package, you will not need to pay the shipping fee when handing over the goods to the Courier. The shipping cost (calculated based on the total weight of the packages, as indicated in the table above) will be deducted from the total amount when we process your refund, once the package has been received at our Distribution Center.
