"Arb" 2-door metal office cabinet with adjustable shelves, 100x45 cm, 200 cm high

It features a hanging rail and raised feet, making it ideal for garages and laundry rooms. It has no sharp edges or imperfections that could cause damage.

Characteristics :

• Sides :
  • The cabinet is made up of two sides, each made from a 0.8 mm thick sheet metal, notched and folded on 3 sides, front, back and top, with multiple rows of folds per side, so as to form a 40 mm exposed edge.
  • The external vertical folds have rounded edges, with an 8 mm radius. The upper edge of the sides, folded in three rows, is joined to the vertical edges by resistance welding.
  • 2 M8 threaded inserts are applied to the upper edge to lock the cap to the sides using TCEI 8MAx16 screws.
  • At the bottom of each side, a 120 mm high C-shaped reinforcement is positioned, made of 1.2 mm thick sheet metal, applied by spot welding to give solidity to the side where it attaches to the base.
  • The side reinforcement is C-shaped with four rows of folds. It features vertical slots to accommodate the base hooks. The racks for adjusting the shelves are machined directly from the sheet metal on the two vertical sides (front and rear).
  • The racks are made with 16x4 slots spaced 25 mm apart along the entire height of the side. This allows the shelves to be moved simply by adjusting the shelf supports, allowing for height adjustment of the Doxiers.
• Leveling KIT (accessory) :
  • The C-shaped reinforcing edge, welded to the lower part of the sides, contains a levelling foot, which can be operated from inside the cabinet using a screwdriver when the cabinet is in a vertical position.
• Basic Plan :
  • Overall height of 120 mm, made from 0.8 mm thick sheet metal and folded at the front with 5 rows of folds to form a 15 mm step for the rebate of the two doors. This step has holes in the center to accommodate the lock rod and the rubber bumpers that cushion and soften the closing of the swing doors.
  • The base plate, at the rear, is folded in 3 rows to form the 120 mm high base element and is equipped with holes for fixing the back walls using self-tapping screws.
  • On the short sides, 45 cm deep, two heads are applied, made from 1.2 mm thick sheet metal, bent on all four sides with a single fold.
  • The ends of the heads end with two pairs of studded hooks for greater strength, to join the base with the slots provided on the sides.
• Roofing plan (hat):
  • The cap, made from a single 0.8 mm thick sheet of metal, has a 40 mm exposed front and rear edge, made with 4 rows of folds on the front side and 3 rows of folds on the back side.
  • The folds on the front create a 13 mm step for the two doors to meet. This step, in the center, has a slot to accommodate the end of the lock rod and a hole for a rubber bumper that cushions and cushions the closing of the hinged doors.
  • On the back of the hat there are holes for fixing the back walls using self-tapping screws.
  • The short sides of the hat are folded with 2 orders of folds and have 2 holes, on each side, for fixing to the sides.
• Hinged swing doors :
  • The cabinet features two doors hinged at the base and top, opening to 105° with concealed internal hinges. Each door has two hinges, applied using resistance welding. The doors are made from 0.8 mm thick sheet metal.
  • The sides are folded with 3 rows of pleats that create a 20 mm edge. Each door is equipped with a reinforcing tube welded with closely spaced electrical points.
  • The vertical lock consists of two steel rods connected to the lock and in the center with a horizontal lever incorporated with the same.
  • On the vertical edge of the left door there is a stepped rebate, along its entire length.
    
• Back wall (backrest) :
  • Made up of two elements, right and left respectively, folded with 2 orders of folds on the four sides with the lower side made with a hand-saving fold.
  • The two elements are equipped with the holes necessary for fixing by means of
    4.8x9.5 electro-galvanized self-tapping screws.
  • The back panel also perfectly finishes the rear part so that the wardrobe can be used as a centrepiece or wall unit.

• Shelves :
  • The cabinet is equipped with 4 shelves made from a single sheet of 0.8 mm thick metal and folded on the four sides in three rows of folds to form a 30 mm high exposed edge.
  • The shelves are height-adjustable using galvanized hooks inserted into the side racks. The 45 cm deep cabinet shelves are designed to hold hanging files with a 33 cm spacing.
• Lock with die-cast metal and plastic lock, black in colour, with 90° double extraction key rotation, it is equipped with a knob handle that activates a triple expansion mechanism (base, top and left door), locking with two keys, one of which with the safety joint.
• Burglar-proof internal hinges and cut-proof shelves.
• The furniture will be delivered disassembled, in corrugated cardboard boxes of adequate strength and ease of handling in conditions of maximum safety.
• Each piece of furniture is accompanied by illustrations of the assembly diagram and instructions for use.
• Likewise, the assembly accessories (screws, bolts, etc.) are delivered appropriately packaged.
