Design different from others.

I have to say the only problem was the weather. I understand I'm in Sicily, but in my opinion 12 days is a bit too long.
But I forgive them because the piece of furniture I bought (wall unit) has a very good quality/price ratio.

They were fantastic in accommodating my request to reintroduce the shipping of 6 pieces of a particular chair model. They assisted me with the online purchase, and the delivery was even faster than I'd been told. And the chairs are very beautiful.

On-time delivery, package intact. Assembly was fairly intuitive. The furniture is as I expected. The price, in my opinion, is based more on the design. I would, in fact, suggest some vertical supports on the lower shelves of the cabinet (I had them added separately for greater sturdiness) and an extra leg (I also had that added, obviously in a way that doesn't detract from the aesthetics).

I purchased a beautiful, large mirror, which unfortunately arrived damaged. This can happen, given the fragility of the item and the distance it was transported. However, once I reported it, the seller was very willing to provide an immediate replacement: this is not something you'll always expect, and I personally appreciate it when a customer is listened to and protected by a seller. In the second delivery, I received the long-awaited mirror: intact and stunning. And I'm a completely satisfied customer!
